Kingston

The Kingston District Council area is predominantly rural, with a small township at Kingston SE, and small coastal holiday and permanent communities at Cape Jaffa, Pinks Beach and Wyomi. The Council area encompasses a total land area of about 3,300 square kilometres. Rural land is used largely for agriculture (particularly sheep and cattle grazing and crop farming), with some horticulture, viticulture and aquaculture (fishing and lobsters). Tourism is also an important industry.

Butcher Gap Conservation Park is one of the last remaining significant coastal scrubs between the Coorong and Robe. This wetland area, encompassing Salt Lake and Butcher Lake, is separated by the Butcher Gap Drain which brings large amounts of fresh water from the farmlands, through the park and out to sea.
Home to many threatened species, Mount Scott Conservation Park has diverse flora and fauna making it a stellar attraction for local and foreign tourists.
Wills shack will take you back to a time when all you needed for a perfect holiday at the beach was a good book, a short stroll to the beach, a cosy place to sleep and a nice omprising a master bedroom, open kitchen living, main bathroom and sun lounge which includes a daybed doubling as two singles.
