Yarriambiack Shire

Yarriambiack Shire Council is a government administration company based out of 34 Lyle St, Warracknabeal, Victoria, Australia. Yarriambiack Shire continues to strive to be a connected rural community who values its land and wellbeing. The population is concentrated in a number of small towns which service the surrounding broadhectare farming properties.Yarriambiack Shire is the heartland of grain production and handling in the Wimmera and Mallee.

rainCorp's Sheep Hills silos were built in 1938. The artwork on them was created by Melbourne-based artist Adnate. Adnate started in graffiti and street art in Melbourne in the mid-2000s. His portraits tell the stories of indigenous people and their native lands, particularly the stories of Aboriginal Australians.
Lake Lascelles is a mecca for walkers, swimmers, boating enthusiasts and fishermen. Campers can take advantage of the free camping with scenic and peaceful views rare to find only 500 metres from town. The powered camping sites are located next to the award-winning Mallee Bush Retreat and are first in best dressed for a spot.
The Stick Shed (previously known as the Murtoa No. 1 Grain Store) is the only remaining emergency grain store built during World War Two. This structure is an enduring testament to iconic Australian bush ingenuity and a symbol of the growth and strength of the Australian wheat industry.
