The District Council of Kimba is a local government authority in South Australia. District Council of Kimba is an inclusive, diverse and flexible organisation. We are proud to offer an environment that thrives on equality, collaboration and great lidership.

The Viterra Silos at Kimba were painted by artist Cam Scale in September 2017. The mural stretches over five and a half silos, standing proudly at over 60m wide and 25m high and depicts a young girl standing in a wheat field.
The lookout offers a fantastic panoramic view of Kimba and its surrounding region and sculptures of Edward John Eyre and his tracking guide, whose skills assisted in the exploration and survival during extremely harsh conditions, from which the Eyre peninsula rightfully received its name.
Halfway Across Australia Sign. The sign provides information about Kimba and its location being halfway between Sydney and Perth.
