The Mullum Mullum Creek Trail extends from the Eastlink Trail at Sherbrook Park through to Highland Avenue in Croydon. The trail is approximately 5.5 kilometres from Sherbrook Avenue to Highland Avenue. There are many points to access the Mullum Mullum Creek Trail including from Oliver Street, Rupert Street, Leonard Street, Sonia Street, Maroondah Highway, Glencairn Avenue, Jeffery Drive, Highland Boulevard, Chesney Drive and Strathfield Parade.
The 8.5 hectare park is used for various recreational activities and includes a lake and bridge, sound shell, mining history display, playground with accessible equipment, a liberty swing, picnic shelters and barbecues, a walking circuit that is approximately 1.1km long and bushland. Ringwood Lake Park also has a Changing Places bathroom as part of its public toilet facilities.
