Neil Vickers
Physio Inq Mobile + Community State Manager
Neil joined Physio Inq in November 2019 and was the first Physiotherapist and Team Leader as part of Pinq's expansion into Queensland. Neil has over 20 years of clinical and management experience which has included time in public hospitals, private practice, ergonomic and insurance work. Over this time Neil has developed a communication skill set that allows his knowledge and experience to be translated into easily understood explanations and the creation of a plan to assist the individual on their journey to improved health and wellbeing.
A big part of Neil's professional business, clinical and staff management experience was owning a private practice in Warwick for 14 years. Country towns thrive on the local mentality of networking and building trust which Neil loved having regular returning patients over long periods of time. Having moved to Warwick in the late 1990's Neil and Selena moved back to Brisbane in 2018 to provide different learning experiences for their children, to be closer to family and to allow a new challenge in both their careers.
Neil has enjoyed many different sports both as a team physiotherapist and as a participant. He has had the 'midlife crisis' of running marathons and half iron man triathlons. At times it is the old mantra of doing as I say not as I do when recovering from those niggles. He has a goal to be able to run faster and for longer than his kids for as long as possible and dreams of being able to consistently hit a golf ball where it is told to go.
Neil has a passion for working in the mobile and community space with both participants, referrers and employees to create the best possible experience and pathway for health, happiness and success.
